Edward whistles as the cannons follow and the ship sinks. He looks over "Okay five piles or wool, ten barrels of rum, twenty crates of sugar, eight piles of lumber and..... ONLY 90 GOLD PIECES?!" he says outraged. He looks over as it was only 90 gold pieces. He sighs "Okay what's going on? Everytime we hit a Galleon we at least get a small statue of gold or at least ten gold bars so how the hell we only got 90 gold pieces?!" he asks the crew.

Esmeralda looks up at him in confusion, 90 gold pieces was a fortune where she came from and more money than she'd ever seen amassed in her life, "Wait, you're upset at the fact that there's only 90 gold pieces?"

Edward nods "Yes! Have you seen the size of those ships? They are suppose to have statues and bars of gold not mere pieces!" he says. He stops as his eyes sparkle a bit. A large ship comes into view as one member yells "Man-O-War!" as the ship was flying a Spanish flag. He grins "Time to make a fortune" he says.

She stares at him, surprised he would go after another ship so soon, before shrugging and following his lead. She took her place at the cannon once more and waited for his order to fire.

Edward seems to be keeping his distance. He makes a motion as two people up front hold some weird pots "Fire the mortars!" he says. The mortars go up as a rain of fire comes on the Man-O-War. He motions "Fire the chain shots!" he says as two sets of cannonballs connected on a chains go flying and destroy the masts. He motions as fiery cannonballs go flying and take out some of it's 20 cannons on the side of it. The Jackdaw seems to go straight and ram into the ship hard. The cannons keep firing as swivels aim at weakpoints and fire as well.

She stared in a bit of wonder at how quickly and effectively he was dismantling the other ships defenses, before she aimed with the rest of the men at the other ship's weak points and drew her knife in preparation, ready for anything that happened.

Edward motions as the crew tosses grappling hooks. Seems this one has more of those axe men as Edward fires at them to take them down first before getting on board. He looks back "Take care of the crew! The captain's mine!" he says as he cuts through the enemy making his way to the captain. Him and the captain start to have a sword fight as the crew fires and fights the enemy crew.

Esmeralda glides through the men around her, slicing necks and arteries with equal favor. She jumps up on the back of a very tall axe man as he was about to kill one of Edward's crew and stabbed him viciously in the neck, before throwing one of her knives and catching another man in the chest. She yanks her knife out of the axe man's neck as he falls and pulls another knife from her sash as she continues to finish off the men one after another.

The captain disarms Edward and tosses him to the floor. He raises his hand to stab him, but just before Edward trips him and pushes his wrists into the captain's neck. He pulls them back as in view of only Esmerelda to see, he has hidden blades that seem to poke out of his sleeves as if made for a quick kill.

She had tried to make her way over to him, when she'd seen Edward fall, before pulling up as she noticed his hidden blades. She quickly disposed of the an who tried to attack her from behind with a quick thrust to his nose with the heel of her palm, shoving the bone splinters into his brain as his nose broke from the force of her hit, and killing him instantly. Her path now clear, she made her way to Edward, "You alright?"

Edward nods as he retracts his blades and they surrender. The boys haul up a large statue of gold and some chests along with supplies as Edward and the crew leave the ship. They aim their cannons and hand the match to Esmerelda.

She laughs lightly, "Is this going to be some sort of tradition?" she asks as she sets off her canon.

Edward smiles "Perhaps, though it is courtesy" he says. The cannons fire and sink the ship. Later on the crew sings sea shanties as in Edward's cabin, he is counting up how much gold they earned so he can give some to Esmerelda.

Esmeralda knocked on Edward's cabin door before letting herself in, "It's getting a bit crazy out there. I've already had to say no quite firmly to a few of your more drunk companions."

Edward chuckles "Can you blame them? We destroyed a Galleon AND a man-o-war in one day with the help of a lady guest. Plus you are the only lady for miles of ocean" he says.
