Edward smiles as he looks at Esmerelda "Feel free to stop by any place to well relax when on the run Esmerelda" he says.

Esmeralda laughed, "You may well regret that offer, I have a feeling I'll be on the run for a very long time." (sorry i just realized this didn't make much sense originally, so i changed it a bit)

Edward smiles "I have been running ever since I left their navy" he says. He smiles "Besides it is fun to have allies" he says as he kisses Esmerelda's forehead "Till then" he says and falls back as he lands in a hay bale.

Esmeralda rubbed the kiss off her forehead with a laugh before standing up and gradually climbing down the other side of the building. She jerked in surprise when she noticed two dangerous looking men leering and readied her knife, prepared for anything.

A rattling is heard as the men look down. Their legs get caught in a chain and dragged off the roof by the falling captain

"Thank you!" Esmeralda calls out, wondering if he can still hear her, before making her way back to a local inn to rest and stay the night. She steals a blue cloak to disguise her features as well as she can, in case should someone recognize her from the hanging block this afternoon, and quickly makes her way inside to get a warm meal and a comfy bed.

Inside were British soldiers and pirates. They all seem to be minding their own business as the barkeep is quite a husky man.

She walks up to the barkeep handing him some coins she'd swiped from one of his patrons, "A room for night a warm meal please," she told him as she glanced around her, her nerves tightly strung around all of the soldiers. She'd hated soldiers in her own home, and the ones here sure hadn't impressed her yet either.

A explosion erupts from outside as people run out. A man in white walks in as he smiles "Makes that two meals sir, keep the change" he says putting his bag of gold on the table and handing Esmerelda hers back.

Esmeralda looks at him in suspicion, "Thank you sir, but I can pay for myself." She's had too many men claim that she owed them sex after being so 'generous' with their money after they'd bought her the cheapest drink in the bar. She didn't even want to consider what this man wanted after giving so much.

He smiles "Think of it as payback for helping with my mission Esmerelda" he says. The man sits down at a table as the barkeep brings out the meals.

She sits down across from him and glares at him, "I'm not sleeping with you, if that's what you're after. I'm not so cheaply bought."

Edward smiles "I do not mean it that way. It is a simple thanks for help that's all" he says as he starts to eat his meal.

She looks at him in surprise, no practical stranger ever did things like this without wanting something. She carefully tasted her food, "You haven't drugged this, right?"

Edward smiles "I only drug the food of people I am killing and you are not one of them" he says.
