Tifa nursed her drink throughout the song. She smiled and sat off to the side, watching everyone else. They were all so happy, so carefree, despite living lives as criminals, being chased and wanted men and women.

As the song changed to Drunken Sailor as Edward twirled past many ladies till he reached Tifa. He set his pint down and offered a hand for her to dance.

Tifa had a few drinks by the time he had reached her. She smiled, set her glass aside and joined him on the dance floor, much more willing than the first time they danced.

He takes her hand and starts to dance as he laughs "A lot more willing to dance my friend" he said.

Tifa smiled back at him. She was just a slight bit tipsy, so much for her notion not to get too drunk tonight. "Well, you said you wanted me to ease my nerves a bit." she replied.

He chuckles "Aye that I did" he said as they danced well into the night. He helped her back to the ship since both were tipsy as he chuckles.

Tifa laughed as she and Edward headed back to the ship. She hadn't had this much fun in a long, long time.

"Yes," she breathed happily. "I really really needed this." She was finally at peace, finally not worried about the past, but it was only temporary, only until the alcohol wore off.

"I guess I can't say no now," she said. She would love to dance with him again. She smiled to herself.
