Anakin shrugs with a small nod. "I suppose so." He sat down on the bench again and looked up at the sky with a small siggh. "Yet one stupid kid took on a Sith lord and lost badly." He sighed looking at his arm.

She shrugged, "Your master would be at fault too then, for letting you take on such a foe. He should have known you weren't ready."

Anakin sighed as he shook his head looking down. "No he tried to warn me and help me but he was injuryed badly to help. He told me to run but I didn't listen. If wasn't for him I probably would be dead." He gave a small smile thinking of him. "I wonder how he's doing." He chuckled as he shook his head.

Anakin gave a small smile as he looked at her with a small smile looking at Nancy. "He was the closest thing I had to a father. I never had a father until I met him. I have a lot of respect for him. Did you ever respect someone like that?" He smiled a little looking at her.

Natalia thought back to how Ivan had brought her up and saved her from the fire that killed her parents, "Yes, Ivan took me in when I was young and prevented me from doing some... unnecessary things. He always watched out for me, sometimes whether I wanted him to or not."

Anakin gave a smile as he took her hand without asking unintentionally. "I saw a lake close bu lets go." He grinned as he ran with her towards the lake still unaware he was holding her hand in his.

When he had first grabbed at her, she had been fully ready to slice off his other hand with her quickly unsheathed knife, but when she realized he was rather innocent in his intent, she followed along and stealthily placed her knife back where it belonged.

After reaching the lake he smiled as he looked at Nancy and he looked down realizing he was hokding her hand. He quickly took his hand away and looked away from her. "Sorry to cause any discomfort." He looked down trying his hardest not to look like a fool while a blush form on his face.

Natalia gave him a bland smile, "Don't worry about it, it's just my training that kicks in when people touch me suddenly. I don't mind, just be careful, I can be rather dangerous when I'm surprised."

Anakin nods with a small smile on his face. "You got it." He picked up a small pebble and tossed it to the lake making it skip on the water four times before sinking. He smiled as he looked at her. "Try it." He tossed another pebble making it skip four times again.

She picks up a pebble and skips it three times, before pulling off her shoes and rolling up her jeans. "The water should be rather cool at his time of year," she says as she wades into the lake until the water reaches her knees.
