Anakin gave a small shrug as he crossed his arms. "There are hundreds of Jedi in the galaxy they can do without one for a while. Besides I wanted to see the world." Sensing she was suspicious thought maybe he should head on his way. "Well it was nice meeting you Nancy." He placed his hood on and started to walk away again.

Natalia nodded, "Nice meeting you, too." She was interested in practicing the things she'd learned from him, maybe she could make some progress of her own. Besides disciplining her mind was always a good thing. She waved goodbye as she walked back to the park to try lifting the stones once more.

Anakin sat on a bench tinkering with his mechanical right arm. A spark surprised him and his right arm gone limp. "Damn ran out of power. I'll have to replace the battery." He cringed a little as he took his arm off and took out the dead batteries. "Great." He muttered as he tosses the batteries into a garbage can making loud bangs.

Natalia startled a bit at the loud banging noises and saw the boy... Anakin, was it? throwing batteries out a mechanical arm. Her eyes widened as she realized he'd been using it as a pretty good substitute for his actual hand. She'd noticed something slightly odd about the differences in the way his hands operated, but she hadn't guessed it was a prosthetic. She walked up behind him, "That's some pretty advanced technology in that arm of yours, mind if I take a look at it?"

Anakin was a little surprised when he looked up to see Nancy he thought her name was. He was a little relucant but he held his mechanical arm to her. "Sure I suppose. The batteries just died on me and I'll need to replace them for it to work again." He looks at the stub of what was left of his arm. He rub it slightly still feeling as strange as when he lost his arm.

She took it from him and briskly examined the metal work, "I know a few friends of mine who would die to know how this was made." She fingered what made up the 'joints' and the 'ligaments' of his arm in purely mechanical fascination. "This could also be extremely useful in my line of work. It wouldn't leave any DNA evidence."

Anakin let out a small grunt as he swiped his arm back from her and start to work on it again. "I'm glad you're curious about my arm. I might have some....." He smirked when he pulled out a couple batteries out of his cloak. He put them in and smirked as he put it back with his stump. He made a fist and relaxed it seeing it working again. "Much better." He smirked as he moved his arm.

She reached forward and grabbed his hand without asking permission, "Wow, it really does move well," she said as she traced his fingers and the ridges on the back of his mechanical hand.

Anakin again was surrised when she took his hand and rub his fingers and back of his hand. He blushed slightly as he looked away from her. "It had to be to replace my old arm. I mean it wasn't a pleasant experience but I wouldn't go without a arm." He clear his throat trying to hide the blush on his face.

She nodded in understanding, "We have prosthetic limbs as well, but none are quite this advanced." She slowly let go of his hand before looking up at him in curiosity, "What other technological advances do your people have access too? Is the glowing sword special other than the fact that it glows?"

Anakin shook his head as he pulled out his lightsaber looking at it. "It can cut through almost any metal aand easily go through flesh. In fact it was a lightsaber that cut off my arm. It's roof of how dangerous they are. Other then that there's too much to tell you all in one. It would require time to explain it all. But we have a lot of advance technology." He looked at his arm remembering what had happened to him.

Natalia glanced at his arm in slightly morbid fascination, "So it was a clean slice that cut off your arm? That usually takes a lot of power or a lot of skill. Who were you fighting?"

Anakin sighed a little as he looked up at her feeling uncomfortable. "I was fighting a Sith Lord. The Sith are considered the opposite of the Jedi. They think inwards only about themselves and gaining power. I was a young apprentice training under my master. I was cockyand thought I could win on my own. As you can see it was not the case." He looked at his arm and sighed.

Natalia nodded, "Clearly," she stated flatly. She didn't really realize just how inconsiderate she was being, but then she never really had. Her abrasive nature was what kept most people far away, but she was fine with that. "So you're world is pretty religious in nature then?"

Anakin nods feeling slightly hurt by the way she was insensitive but he guess he shouldn't expect much from her in the sympathy department. "Well Jedi stay out of poltics as much as we can. We don't make decsions the Senate does. Jedi try to kee it as peaceful as possible. The Sith could caeless."
