Esmeralda smiled and poured Tris a drink, "On the house," she joked. Esmeralda eyed Thor and smirked, "Want another drink big guy? You have a very nice hammer there, are you particularly skilled with it?"

Padme stepped into the bar, her official makeup now completely washed off. She was dressed simply in a white jumpsuit with an accompanying cloak. Seeing a woman serving up drinks, she decided to sit at the bar. The blonde man from earlier that day was sitting there too, along with a few others she had yet to meet.

Esmeralda stopped flirting with Thor as she noticed the newcomer, "Welcome to my bar, so long as it's not food, I can get you anything you like. And the best part is, for pretty women such as yourself, it's free." Esmeralda smiled and bowed jokingly.

"Looks like we have a couple different light beers, which would you prefer?" She set out Coors, Miller, and Bud Light on the bar top. Thuogh she hadn't been here long, she was a quick learner.

Padme was not familiar with the names. She took a whiff of each. Much like the mead from home, she thought to herself as she grabbed the Bud Light. "Thank you," she replied.
"So where are you from?" She asked the dark-haired woman.

"I'm from the planet Naboo", she answered. She took another sip. She never particularly cared for the drink, but it quenched her thirst from being out in the heat all day. "Actually, I am the Queen there. Padme," she said, holding out her hand.

Esmeralda's jaw dropped in shock, "Planet? You mean there are other planets that have humans?" Being from France in 1482, Esmeralda was stunned as she reached out and gently shook Padme's hand, handling her as if she might break.

Padme's face fell as she thought of her people. "I wonder how they are doing," she said. She looked back up to Esmeralda and smiled encouragingly. "I'm sure my people have already voted on my successor," she said. "Perhaps your people are doing well on their own as well."
