He pulls her up as some of the fire moves for fiery demons to appear. Dante smirks "Of course... it can never be simple" he says. He charges as he cuts down the demons making a path up the back.

"I am so sick and tired of this," Lightning muttered. "Move!" She threw a Blizzaja spell (the most powerful blizzard spell there was to learn) at the demons in front of her. It froze them instantly. The lightest tap shattered them to pieces.

He turns the sword to a single arm gauntlet as he tosses pink shards to shatter them as more keep coming. Dante smirks "Such a nuisance" he says. The demons are soon looking like pin cushions as he turns and tosses a rose. The rose shatters as the shards then explode in a cloud of pink as he got rid of the tails. He stands at the neck as he smirks "Open a wound then pound him hard?" he asks. He looks over to the horse following "Say... how high can your friend throw me?" he asks.

"Odin, throw him," Lightning ordered, without answering Dante. The summon reached out and lightly gripped Dante in its large hand. The demon slayer was then pitched at the other demon at an alarming speed.

Dante switches to his silver armor as he charges a fist and makes contact with the back of it's head. The monster falls forward as he slides for a mile will on his face and stops dead. Dante hops off as he looks at Lightning "Hey! I think it's dead" he calls out. Soon growling is heard as it starts to stand "Never mind, it's just pissed" he says.

Lightning glared at him before taking a running jump off an overturned car. She fired off Blizard spell in the creature's face.

The spell just deflected off as Dante charges as well. He avoids getting stomped on as he runs and cuts at it's feet just for it to go and manifest a blade of fire. It starts to swing it as Dante hops over it and looks at it. Dante pulls out a guitar that was summons bats to swarm the creature as he jams on it. He looks over "I'll keep it distracted! Find some kind of weakness!" he says.

"Odin." Lightning said. The summon nodded and it tackled the demon and the two started to grapple. Lightning watched for a moment before she noticed a spot on it's right side. "There's a spot under it's right arm. There are no scales there. Cover me!" Lightning took off running towards the creature. If she was right that spot was located over it's heart.

Dante nods as he sees some weird clown like demons appear. Dante soon ran up Odin and lands before Lightning as he sends the creatures flying as he moves aside "Ladies first!" he says as he cuts the monsters down. He sees some weird webbing as he pulls out and opens fire on the webbing making it spread out to provide a opening on the spot.

Lightning waited for her opening. She landed in the opening that Dante made for her before thrusting her blade up, through the weak spot she had spotted on the creature's underbelly. She tore the spot open before the creature knocked her back. She winced but landed mostly upright.

He looks at the opening as he took a shot at firing at it before he was forced to back up. Dante looks at it as it roars out loudly before starting to swing a fiery blade at them both

Lightning's eyes widened but before she could react, Odin stepped in, blocking the flame sword with its own. A soft utterance of pain sent anger boiling through Lightning's veins. "Odin, back down!" she ordered it.

Dante sees this as he runs up Odin's body with Gilgamesh as he charges a punch. He hits the sword knocking it away as he looks at the demon now. He jumps onto it's back as he starts to climb up it. The creature tries to swipe at Dante, distracted from Lightning and Odin.

Lightning gasped when Odin was thrown to the ground. She ran over to her summon's side and checked on him. It whimpered at her. "Odin, you did your best." She told the summon.

Dante keeps the demon's attention as he looks over at Lightning. He looks back at the demon as he starts to punch it in the eye as it seems to stampede off away from town, Lighting, and Odin and out into the empty fields.
