"Odin," Lightning said. The Summon nodded, understanding her otherwise silent order and it threw her at the monsters that were trying to tear down the buildings and trap the civilians. Lightning was growing tired at that point. A full day of fighting the monsters and using her magic hours before this Dante even showed up, was starting to wear on her. But she made no show of that. When she landed, it was made obvious her armor had changed. Scantily clad though she was, her armor was imbued with the powers of a demon. (Link broken) Dante tossed the building parts away and tossed monsters aside, some being ripped asunder by sheer hands as he lands near her. His hair was more spiked, eyes glowing and his coat glowing with some weird chest glow, his aura radiated with demonic magic and power. He had activated his Devil Trigger. Lightning and Odin tackled the larger beasts that tried to attack from behind. They covered the civilians as they made their escape. Lightning did cast a glance at Dante. She wasn't an idiot. She could figure out what he was.

He jumped and with a single kick knocked a beast into the ground hard. He moves as he cuts another down as the others run. He lands on one as his trigger ends as the sword turns into Rebellion as he is back to normal.

Lightning shook her head. "There's no end to these things." She muttered. If they wanted to live they'd have to find where the demons were coming from and cut it off at the source.

He hops up as he lands next to her. He sees them running "If I had to guess a Demon Portal is open somewhere. Makes the most sense" he says.

"Demon Portal?" she asked. She had never heard of anything like it but she didn't doubt it.

He looks over "Portals opened in the pits of hell to allow demons through. I closed quite a few in my world, but some are rather" he stops as a massive portal, bigger then Odin opens a few miles away "Large" he finishes.

Lightning looked up to Odin. The summon nodded and in a blur of motion it's shape changed into that of a horse. Lightning grabbed onto its mane and seated herself on its back. "Are you coming or not?" Lightning asked in annoyance. She knew she was likely not to be rid of him until this was all done.

Dante smiles as he goes to a alleyway. Soon a roar is heard as he comes out on a motorcycle. He smirks at her "Last one there is ordering the victory meal" he says. As he starts to drive, the gate crackle as he looks at it "Kick it in high Skimpy!" he yells out to Lightning referring to her attire. He yells out "Judging from size and crackle, something big and tough is coming!"

"Odin, go," Lightning encouraged, ignoring Dante's reference to her armor, if one could call it armor. The summon nodded and ran at the pace of Dante's bike, albeit Odin could jump and leap over the obstacles in its way. Lightning tightly clenched her hand around her gun blade.

As Dante rides, the portal got wide as something came out. It looked to have the head of a lion, a body of a demon and legs of a horse all on fire. Dante whistles "Well... this will be fun" he says. He stops his bike as the creature seems to be making it's way to town as Dante smirks "Now how to end this creature?" he says to no one.

Odin stopped beside Dante. Lightning glared up at the creature. "We kill this thing and all of the other little monsters go away?" she asked.

He shakes his head "Kill it and the gate closes. The others take a bit more power" he says. He pulls out his sword and smiles "Oh well... no rest for the wicked right?" he asks as he smirks. He starts his bike and drives over as he hops off it and grabs onto it's tail as he offers a hand to get Lightning when she gets close.

Lightning grimaced. She did not like depending on strangers for help but when she neared him she held out her arm for him to grab regardless. The sooner she killed these things, the sooner she could go home.
