Time Tears: Due to an incident after her birth she was pulled through a rift in time but the rift closed over her pinky finger, separating her in between two worlds. Ever since that moment, she was able to create portals and rifts in time.
Abilities
Superior Intellect: Her father locked her away from all other human beings so she spent her time reading. However, she did not know how to apply this knowledge to the real world. She is very naïve. She also places too much trust in people, sometimes the wrong people.

Lock picks – She is apt with lock picks. She spent so long in her tower that she learned to pick locks in order to escape.
Air Grabber – With the wires over and around her city, she uses a device that allows her to jump and ride on the wires to get to place to place, best for quick transport.
Bio:
Elizabeth’s father gave her up to settle his gambling debts. She was given to Comstock to settle the debt. Eventually he was saved by Booker Dewitt (in this universe Booker was not her father) however, at the cost of Booker’s life. After a brief visit to Paris like she had longed to see she found herself here.
