Yuffie sighed to herself as she headed home with her groceries for the week - two pints of ice cream, a bag of chips, a loaf of bread and lunchmeat. She hadn't even wanted to steal what she took. It wasn't until she looked up when she noticed something strange.

Up in the sky, a large winged beast was flying uncontrollably through the sky. On it's back looked like and sounded like gunfire as a crimson coated man stood on it shooting it. It turned and he lost footing, using his golden claw to dig into the beast's leg as it flewby. Time seemed to slow down as the figure was more clear now. He had black hair, a red headband, a crimson coat and goldwn claw and had crimson eyes. His gun that he held was a triple barrel pistol as he fired even more into the beast as they flew past Yuffie.

"No way," Yuffie breathed. She threw her groceries to her apartment doorstoop and grabbed her shuriken. She took off after the beast running. She laughed wildly before throwing the shuriken at the beast.

The man quickly ducks as he fires at the shuriken and it gets faster and decapitates the beast. He goes flying as he lands on his feet and stands in the streetlight.

Yuffie caught her shuriken when it started to fly back. She smiled. "Is that you?" she asked him.

He looks over as his crimson eyes stood on her. It was definitely him, Vincent Valentine. He looks over "Kiaragi" he says simply.

Yuffie frowned. She looked up at him quietly. "And you don't remember all the stuff we did? We saved the world! A couple times!" she said. "Vinny?"

Vincent nods "I know. Besides, have I really been known to crack a smile?" he asks. He is infront of her as he pats her head lightly.

Yuffie pouted. "Still! I can't believe you came to town! It's really good to see you again! Tifa and I just found each other too!" she said.

Vincent nods as he looks at her "Tifa..... how's she holding up after.... you know?" he asks as he and Yuffie saw what happened between Tifa and Cloud.

"Well, not as well as I had hoped but good I guess." Yuffie said. She sighed to herself. "I just hate that it had to happen in the first place."

Vincent nods "We can't stop or change how people feel" he says. He sees the beast as he looks at Kisaragi "Though.... I am glad for the help" he says as he simply walks past Yuffie.

Yuffie was not deterred. She followed after him. "So where are you staying Vince?" she asked.
