Blackbeard raised a brow. He waved his hand and the shadows left the boats and blocked the fire. He had yet to use the Gura Gura no mi but he wanted that one to remain his back up.

Blackbeard swore under his breath. He cast the shadows at the ship. His crew watched on and sat back as shadows started to strangle and break the bones of the sailors aboard the marine ship.

Edward looks around "Search the ships!" he calls out to his crew as they took to sea and swam to enemy ships.

Blackbeard didn't need to say anything. One of his crewmates could fly. The man flew over to the ship and started to search for anything worth stealing. One by one his crewmates either jumped or clamored over debris left in the water to get to the other ships.

None of Blackbeard's men touched the water due to their devil fruit powers. Those without merely did not want to get wet.

The crew of Jackdaw seemed to make it first as they climbed out of the water and attacked the Man-O-War crews.

Blackbeard stood back and watched as his men started to slaughter what few survivors had been left and those who had been below deck. He watched with a dark grin.

Edward whistles as it seems like more pirates emerge from below deck of the Man-O-Wars as they were once slaves, but took control over three of the ships.

Blackbeard watched impassively as one of his men was tossed overboard. No one made a move to help the Devil Fruit user. They were all to wrapped up in their own fighting. He sank into the water, helplessly.

One of Kenway's crew dove in and helped the man out and onto some driftwood. Edward seemed to be the captain who always was part of the fighting with his crew as soon the ships were conquered.

Blackbeard shrugged. He had stayed back on his own ship, in case he either needed to steer the ship away and flee or if he had the chance to get closer and take the upper hand. "What are we going to do about plundering boy?" he asked.
