Ace sighed before he went above deck to watch the crew - the crew that was not his. He hesitated when he saw the docks. He did say this was only a trail run to Edward. While he did have fun, he had yet to get used to the non-Devil Fruit powered crew he was with.

Ace paused on the edge of the ship. He distantly watched the rest of the crew.

"Kind of hard not to. I was with them since I first started out as a pirate. My Captain called us his sons." Ace said quietly. "It was the first time I ever felt like I belonged."
