Esmeralda laughed softly, "I would like to an extend an apology for having eyes so beautiful they made you fall from a roof," she said with a warm smile. "... I should apologize for being too beautiful far more often, I think."

Jack laughed with her comment. "Yeah, you should apologize more often." Jack joked. "But don't do it again, ok?" He say still laughing. "Don't make flying people fall from the roof again."

She poured them both a cup of hot water and set a tea bag in each to steep. She carried the two cups over and handed one to Jack.

She grinned down at him, "You're welcome, Jack," she replied warmly as she made her way back to the couch and took a sip of her tea.

Jack drank his tea without remembering that everything he touchs start to freeze. It was just matter of time that the cup and tea were cold. "Warm." Jack said without knowing what else he could say.

Jack shake his head. "No, it was just a comment. I know it's not the best comment that you have heard." Jack joked but when he looked the cup, it was frozen, now it was Ice tea. "It took more time that I expected." Jack thought for himself with a thin smile.

Jack looked at Esmeralda. "Thanks for your generous offer, Esme." Jack said smiling at her. "But I think with your friendship it's enough for me in this moment." Jack said as he looked down remembering the red haired girl and how they left things, feelings broken. "I know that I'm a fool to not take your offer but..."
