Selina made her way to the bar and ordered a whiskey sour. She'd had a long hard day, and she had little hopes of it improving any time soon.

Megan came into the diner and she was feeling pretty cold and hungry. She thought it was going to be hot during the night, but, it turned out to be a cold night and she found the fireplace to keep herself warm.

Selina felt herself shiver despite the alcohol that was supposed to help keep her warm. She slowly made her way over to the fireplace and downed the last of her drink, finally starting to feel a little better. She noticed the girl nest to her and grinned, "What're you doing here so late at night? Shouldn't you be with a boyfriend?" she teased lightly.

She looked up at her and continued to shiver. She thought the woman standing in front of her was pretty gorgeous and she looked like a comforting person. "No, I am not into guys. I'm a....lesbian and I'm here since I did not have the time to go eat. So, here I am..." She replied.

Selina nodded, "I've got to be honest, I'm mainly here for the alcohol," she replied with a grin.

She smiled and she wanted to try some...although she just turned eighteen a couple of weeks ago. "I have a question...for here, what is the legal age to drink?"

Selina smiled, "It's similar here as it is in Europe from my world. You can drink after sixteen."

She smiled that the woman did not mistake her for a little girl just by her cheerleading outfit. "Ok, I'll try what you're having. Can it get you very warm?" She asked with a shivering feeling again.

Selina chuckled, "What I had is a bit strong. Whiskey burns beginners who aren't used to it, sometimes it burn me too. Why don't I order you a rum and coke? Rum is the best thing for a night like tonight, and yes, it warms you from the inside out."

Megan did feel cold and thirsty at the same time and although having a strong drink was her first drunk, it could be a solution to help her keep warm. "Sure, I'll try it." She said.

Selina grinned and ordered the drink for Megan, "Straight up Bacardi is wonderful too, but I think the coke will help you become a bit more acclimated to the taste. Rum can have a bit of a strong flavor for those who aren't used to it."

Megan's drink came with the coke and she sipped it. For a few seconds, she felt a little dizzy but as long as she sat down, she won't feel like she won't throw up or anything. "Wow....drink's really good..." She said with a smile and drank some more of it.

Selina laughed softly, "Just don't drink too much too quickly dear. I don't want to have to carry you home," she teased.

She remembered her lesson that she needed to have a limit when it comes to drinking. "Ok, thanks for the tip!" She said as she took her last sip.
