Grabbing some wood Naruto and his clones were busy working on the tree house. All of them had grins as they worked on it. There were a lot of small noises of tools being used. The real Naruto with Shadow was getting rid of very small sticks from the tree.

Tifa led Hinata back to their camp. The shy girl couldn't meet the older woman's eyes nor could she look at Naruto.

Naruto decided to take a brake making his clones disappear. He sat across from Hinata and Tifa with a grin. "The tree house is getting closer to being done. Any of you hungry?" He smiled grabbing some berries.

"Well, Naruto, of there's going to be three of us, I think one of us should go get supplies." Tifa said. "I can take the car and go into town."
"O-Oh, um.... Y-you don't have t-to go." Hinata stammered.

Naruto smiled and nods agreeing with Hinata. "Yeah you don't have to. We got plenty of food to last us a little while." He smiled as he looked at Tifa with a friendly smile.

"It's okay. I'll be back on a little bit. You two probably need to catch up and we'll need something for those traps." Tifa reasoned.
Hinata shyly pet Shadow. She kept her eyes away from Naruto.

Naruto sighed as he put his fingers in his blonde hair. "Okay just be careful." He looked over to Hinata and gave her a smile. "I found Shadow all alone. He likes you so it's a good sign."

Tifa got back to her feet. She smiled and ruffled his hair. "Be good you two." she said and she started to walk away.
Hinata looked up at Naruto quietly before she looked away and blushed. "T-That was r-really nice of y-you." she stammered.

Naruto shrugged with a smile as he starts to eat a berry. "I'm nice to everyone. Besides Shadow reminded me of when I was younger. Alone so I had to help." He smiled as he pet Shadow.

"O-Oh..." Hinata said quietly as she looked down at the ground. She knew how bad Naruto had it but she could never do anything to help him.

Naruto smiled a little sadly as he pat Shadow on the head. "Yeah it's cool now though." He looked at her with a raised eyebrow a little confused. "How did you get here Hinata?"

Naruto shook his head as he looked at her. "Same here. I was walking the next thing I know here I am." He sighed shaking his head. He smiled at her as he sat up. "I like your hair."

Hinata squeaked in embarrassed. She blushed and looked down at the ground.

Naruto raised an eyebrow as he looked at her a little confused. He didn't know why she acted the way she did just because he compliment her. He shrugs as he took a berry and ate it.
