The golden one looks over "A intruder? Quite interesting to see someone sneak in." he says. He floats towards her "You do know my people are suppose to help your kind right? Could of just asked for a tour" he says.

He nods "I see. I am called Architect in your language. You have nothing to worry about. Please allow us to show you around should you wish" he says. The blob comes out as it goes to her and seems to vibrate. Architect chuckles "Seems the Silacoid likes you. It's like what you people call guarddogs. You've also met the Sectoids and seen our mechanical members" he says.

She tries not to flinch back at the strange creature's touch before she relaxes as she realizes it's actually kind of cute. She grinned down and was about to pet it, as she would a dog, when she stopped herself and looked up, "Uhh... Are they similar to dogs in that you can pet them?"

Architect looks at her "You can try, but they are sticky like glue. Plus they eat anything to stay alive like scrap" he says. He tosses a cog as the thing jumps and catches it before making it dissolve in it. Architect looks over "You can keep it if you want. We have hundreds" he says.

She looks down at it and brings her hand back up, "Um, thanks but no thanks, I don't think I can afford the mess it would most likely make of my apartment."

The Silacoid moves around leaving a trail of black goo "Quite" Architect says. He floats over "Any place specific you would like to see first miss?" he asks as he looks at her.

She looks around her and shrugs, "I have no idea what most of these things are, can we start with whatever might be simplest to explain?"

Architect nods as a light envelops them all. In a matter of seconds they were in a large room with a galatic map of places not even humans knew of "This is the galaxy map. Here we plot courses for worlds" he says as some of the planets had X's on them.

Architect nods "Yes. Some planet held no intelligent life while others held life, but it was violent and we only did our own protection" he says as some had circles around them.
