Edward follows through on his swordsmanship as he cuts down man after man of soldiers. He looks around as he groans "Chances of survival?" he asks Selina.

She grins as blood splashes across her face from another cut, "Close to none." She gets hit in the stomach and reels backward before taking an extra knife from her boot and throwing it straight into the man's jugular.

Edward laughs "My kind of odds" he says. He staggers back as he shakes his head "This is getting bothersome" he says as he keeps countering and cutting down enemies.

She nods and headbutts the man in front of her into unconsciousness, before slicing his throat. She gets stabbed in the arm and cries out in shock and pain before turning and stabbing the man who'd attacked her in the chest. "We probably won't last much longer. Unless you have some trick up your sleeve."

Edward chuckles "I'm a pirate, I got many tricks" he says. He throws his arms out unleashing twenty smoke bombs as they all go off and disorient people. He grabs Selina's hand and runs out the back with her.

She gasps in pain, as the hand he grabs is on the same arm where she was stabbed, but she swallows her cry of pain and quickly follows him out the back.

Edward pants as he waits with Selina. He looks at her arm and takes out bandages to wrap around it.

She pulls away from him and takes a flask of alcohol out from the inside of her jacket. She places the handle of one of her knives between her teeth to muffle any sound before she unscrews the lid. She shuts her eyes tight as she pours the liquid over the wound, and clenches her teeth down onto her knife, not making a sound for fear of the soldiers finding them.

She takes the bandages from him and wraps her wound tightly to stop the blood flow, now that it's properly disinfected. She's panting from the pain and feels close to blacking out, but she shakes herself awake and quiets herself down as she looks around on the alert for more soldiers.

She shakes her head, "I can walk," she says as she tries to stand up. She gasps as she loses her balance and falls from the blood loss.

She weakly protests against him before falling silent as she decides to try to preserve whatever scrap of dignity she may have left.

Edward takes her back to a old friend whose a doctor and starts to patch her up.
