Lonnie smiled at Esmeralda softly "Yea, it is something like that" she reached over and opened the bottle for her and helped her pour some into her hand "just rub that one your foot and it will get rid off all the dead guy germs"

Esmeralda nodded and grinned, "Thanks, I don't know what I'd do here without you," she said as she cleaned her foot off. "We can probably use this to clean off the axe too then, right?"

Lonnie smiled "I don't know what you would do either" she said with a wink. She then looked at the axe and sighed "yea.. I guess we should..." there was all kinds of unknown gunk on the handle and blade of the axe "Is there any kind of rag in here to help us uh... not touch anything to gross?"

Esmeralda looked around and found a towel in one of the drawers, "This should do the trick." She walked over and coated the towel in the disinfectant before hesitantly reaching out to grasp the handle with her covered hands, "This is soo disgusting. Are we sure we have to do this? Can't we just... throw cheese at the zombies to distract them or something?"

Lonnie laughed, trying hard to hide the sound by covering her mouth "I don't think cheese is what they want" she said "I think those things are zombies... I have read about them in comic books but I didn't ever think they would be real... they only eat flesh, namely, brains."

Esmeralda laughed as she carefully made sure not to touch the handle, "Damn, nothing's ever that easy is it? Throwing cheese at things should solve every problem, I think. I would like living in such a world. Why couldn't the portal send us someplace like that?"

Lonnie smiled again "We should make our own world like that! We could call it Cheesetopia! Instead of wars we could just throw cheese" she laughed "that would put me out of business but hey, living in the lap of luxury with the queen of Cheesetopia wouldn't be so bad" she said with a wink.

"I wouldn't use the word pretty my dear" Lonnie said with a grin, looking over the seemingly clean axe. She had on a black tank top that exposed her muscular shoulders, with cargo jeans and worn out converse. She would call her look many things, but pretty was not one of them.

Esmeralda kissed her cheek, "Well, I'm your queen and when I say my servant's pretty, my word is law, therefore it is true. You get no say in the matter." She pulled away the cloth now stained with gross residue and shuddered as she dropped it in the trash before walking over to the bathroom to grab some paper towels to finish cleaning the axe.

Lonnie smiled as they left the bathroom upon finishing the cleaning and went over to a spot a few feet from Esmeralda. There was a duffel bag laying on the ground, Lonnie presumed it belonged to that firefighter and since he was long gone she decided to take a look inside for supplies. "Eureka!" she exclaimed as she pulled a few small boxes out of the bag "It looks like we will have some food tonight!" she said as she held up a box of saltines and a bottle of water for Esmeralda to see.

Esmeralda smirked, "So my pretty servant did her job well. I do suppose it's also you're job to feed me, right?" She grinned as she walked over to Lonnie with an overly dramatic pomposity in her step. She laughed, ruining the image before kneeling down to check what else might be in the bag. "Looks like we have some medicinal supplies as well?" She says as she pulls out a first aid kit. Gauze bandages she could recognize, and the rest she assumed Lonnie could tell her about, but it all looked helpful to her.

Lonnie took the kit from her and looked through all of its contents "Oh my god. Yes! Yes!" she said as she saw the amount of supplies in the kit "These will last us months! We got so lucky! Is there any weapons in there?" she said as she searched the rest of the bag "No... just food and some clothes... that would be to lucky, but at least we have food and medicine! We can actually do this, babe!" she said excitedly

Esmeralda grinned at her and hugged Lonnie, "Alright!" She walked over and gripped the handle of the axe, "Now the question is, who can wield this better? I'm mainly used to knives, so I might be a little clumsy at using something so large. You, however, are a strong and mighty soldier, do you want to give it a try?"

Lonnie grinned and took the large axe from Esmeralda. It was indeed heavy but it was easy enough for her to handle. She started twirling it in a bombastic way and said "Yea I think I can handle this. I have trained with heavier guns than this" she laughed. It had been awhile since her last practice so she was a little out of shape but she was still fairly well trained.
